ProjectCore — Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
ProjectCore stores the minimum data needed to run community-operations tools, isolated per server.
What we store
Server data (created by your staff):
- Server ID and per-server configuration: enabled modules, channel and role IDs, templates, and settings
Submitted content (created by members using the bot's forms and commands):
- Support tickets, bug reports, suggestions and votes, applications, roadmap items, patch notes, and similar module records — including the text members type into those forms
- The Discord user IDs of who submitted or acted on each record, for attribution and staff workflows
Each server's data is fully isolated from every other server's.
What we do NOT store
- Message content from your channels. ProjectCore never reads or stores your server's conversations — only what is explicitly submitted through its own forms and commands.
- Email addresses, payment data, or any data from users who never interact with the bot.
Where it lives
Data is stored in a private database operated by PopCape Interactive Studios. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Removal
- Kicking the bot stops all collection for that server immediately.
- For full deletion of your server's stored data, ask in the PopCape Discord — we'll purge it.
